Jeff Falcone is focused on strategic acquisitions of multifamily assets. He currently manages and oversees 350 multifamily doors across various properties in North Carolina. With 20 years of elite leadership in U.S. special operations, Jeff brings sharp execution and a disciplined, mission-driven approach to delivering strong returns and lasting community impact. He is pragmatic and meticulous in decision making, focused on delivering high-value results to priority projects.

Jeff grew up in Connecticut and has lived across the U.S. throughout his Air Force career as well as five years in England. His educational background in engineering combined with his early work years as an Air Force civil engineer, give him a strong foundation for data analysis, project management, and facility management. He expertly combines these strengths with his calm, objective, methodical approach to identify and operate profitable apartment properties.

He received his BS in Engineering Mechanics from United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Engineering from Air Force Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from Naval War College.
