He spent seven years in the civil engineering industry, earning his Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, before co-founding and operating his own landscape and site design business for six years. His technical training and entrepreneurial experience inform a highly analytical, detail-oriented approach to financial planning.

Motivated by a passion for the markets and helping others achieve meaningful financial goals, Mike transitioned into wealth management alongside his wife and business partner, Kait Anderson. Together, they offer a collaborative, team-based experience that blends strategic rigor with personalized guidance.
